Singer Ciara and the 5 finalist of the "Who Inspires You" essay contest enjoy a fun filled day with her at Six Flags in Georgia on Saturday. Ciara also performed at Six Flags. Her upcoming album titled "The Fantasy Ride" is set to be released soon.
Rapper Busta Rhymes is no longer apart of Interscope and has now joined with Universal Motown. His new album titled "B.O.M.B." will be in stores December 9. The album title stands for "Back On My Bulls**t". The new single has already leaked titled "Arab Money". Busta Rhymes told Hot 97 "Me and Dr. Dre are still good, even though I'm not in business with Aftermath or Interscope."
His album will be released around the same time 50 Cent and Kanye West will be dropping albums, now this is going to be interesting to see especially when it comes to album sales!
Travis Barker and DJ AM(Adam Goldstein) were critically injured in a deadly plane crash that claimed the lives of four people in Columbia, SC on Friday. Barker and AM are being treated for serious burns but in stable condition. Those who lost their lives were pilot Sarah Lemmon, 31, of Anaheim, Calif.; her copilot, James Bland, 52, of Carlsbad, Calif.; Barker's assistant, Chris "Little Chris" Baker, 29, of Studio City, Calif. and Charles Still, 25, of Los Angeles, Calif.
Barker and AM were in Columbia for a free T Mobile concert. This is a very tragic event that actually happened right in my hometown. I got word of this news early part of this morning, when details weren't very specific. I was hoping more survived but unfortunately not. The concert went very well with a huge turn out, but just a very tragic ending. There will be a candlelight vigil for the victims in Columbia at 6pm tonight.

Yes, they are set to battle it out again. 50 and Kanye have albums dropping in December with only a week in between the release dates. 50 Cent's album "Before I Self Destruct" will drop Dec. 9, while Kanye's album "808's and Heartbreak" will hit stores Dec. 16th. 50 recently made a few sarcastic comments about Kanye's new single "Love Lockdown". In a statement in Kanye's blog he wrote, "I guarantee this will be 50's favorite album of mine. "This will be gangster's album of the year."
Well the last time these two released their albums around the same date 50 Cent talked the most trash and lost to Kanye in album sales. Will that be the case this time? We shall see!

Really it's not like she's making a comeback, but she's just back on the scene for 2008. Beyonce will be releasing her third solo album in November. She will be releasing two new singles in October "If I were a boy" and "single ladies". The album does not yet have a title.
I knew Beyonce wouldn't stay away for too long. Her last solo album was just incredible, can't wait to see what she has prepared for the next one.
Akon clearly knocked a fan off stage and punched the other one in the face. They don't call him the "convict" for nothing lol.
R&B singer Usher is getting ready to kick off his "ladies only tour". Specific dates of the tour have not yet been released. Usher says, "I feel like I've had such a connection with my audience. This album, I felt like, was definitely the type of one that was more intimate. So what better way to get up close and personal than to make it all women?"
So ladies be sure to check him out on tour! I may attend one of his shows, not sure yet I'm still thinking...
Usher wants all the ladies to know that "he still got it". Umm...ok Usher whatever you say. I don't believe he can do it like he use to but I give him credit for trying, he made a nice comeback I must admit.
Usher is also working on his a video for his new single "Trading Places."
