After Tragic Death Of Donna West Good Things Happen

Last year hip-hop artist Kanye West lost his mother Donna West in November after she had a tummy tuck and breast reduction. Yolanda Anderson who is a Kanye's cousin has been working with a California Assemblywomen to submit a bill to the California
legislature that requires patients to have physicals and being completely cleared and
approved before having cosmetic surgery.

Also Donna's death has sparked other bills in legislation in Canada, Florida etc.

Well I'm glad to here something is being done about situations like this. It's just very unfortunate. After Kanye's mom passed everyone seemed to point the finger at what the doctors did and didn't do, but I think the most important thing is to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. RIP Mrs. West.
