Lovenheartmusic's artist of the month goes to R&B soul singer Amel Larrieux. She's done standing in line now she's up next, so step aside and let's pass the mic to Mrs. Larrieux! She's one of the most underrated artists today. A songwriter,singer, keyboardist and producer,is there anything she can't do? She is more than qualified for her line of work and she has definitely proven herself. A few of her hits include "Get Up" "Weary" and "I Can Tell". She formed the duo "Groove Theory" with producer/songwriter Bryce Wilson back in the 90s. Groove Theory was successful but she didn't stop there. She moved on to release her first solo album in 2000 "Infinite Possibilities". Last year with the released of her fourth album "Lovely Standards" shows that she's not planning to stop anytime soon. We will definitely be hearing a lot more from Amel Larrieux.
